Does this mean women are still not upto the mark who need reservation to compete men in Public life?

Let us say Yes. Even in this case, will this help women or will this be exploited by men in the name of women?

Before increasing the reservation for women, Government should consider few things.

• Has been the existing reservation used by women effectively?
• on an average, how many of them really come forward to contest for one seat? Statistics, please. This will help us to understand the participation of women in Public life and also the need for % increase in reservation.
